Where to park?
We are located at 6636 Mineral Point Rd Madison, WI 53705. The Red dot on the map is our entrance. Any of the area shown in yellow is appropriate for you to park.
What to wear?
Regular clothing appropriate for working out is our uniform. So hoodies, tees, shorts, workout pants. A spare pair of clean shoes that aren’t worn on the street is needed to change into.
You will also want to bring a towel, hydration and a dry shirt to change into after class. We are known for getting very sweaty in Krav. Groin protection is recommended for males. Other than that an open mind, we take care of the rest!
